Simply put, we saw the need in the workplace.  We go beyond basic compliance to address cultural, generational, and socioeconomic dynamics that impact a company’s productivity, retention, and innovation.

Socioeconomic status (SES) affects everything from how professional etiquette, feedback and authority, and job obligations are perceived.  We bridge the socioeconomic divide between leadership and staff. By translating the unspoken expectations of both management and diverse workforces, we foster a workplace where mutual understanding drives performance.

How do you address the cultural disconnect without making it uncomfortable?

We create a space where leadership can ask honest questions and receive confidential, expert, and non-judgmental guidance.  We specialize in closing the gap between management and diverse workforce.

Why is a multigenerational strategy necessary for my business?

For the first time in history, we have five generations working side-by-side. Each group has vastly different expectations regarding technology, feedback, and work-life balance.  We help you address age diversity and operational friction stemming from different "deep-seated" values regarding work.

How long does a typical project last?

Most of our clients find that their needs fall into one of three categories:

What is the typical investment for a partnership?

Our fee structure is based on the complexity and scale of the organizational challenge with a standard project minimum of $3,500.

Does your firm provide legal representation?

No. Our firm provides specialized consulting and advisory services. We use our extensive knowledge of workplace dynamics and legal frameworks to help you mitigate risk and improve culture. We do not act as your legal counsel of record, nor do we provide formal representation in litigation or transactional negotiations. We recommend you consult with your corporate attorney for specific legal filings or court matters.

Can you work with a small business or startups?

Yes.  We work with businesses of all sizes.

Does your firm work with employers outside of your local area?

Yes.  Our consulting framework is designed for geographic flexibility, serving employer clients across the United States through both virtual and on-site engagements.

Do you offer a free initial consultation?

We use a pre-qualifying intake form first and only offer a free call to those who meet certain criteria.
